This carefully crafted small batch vatting showcases the character of Irish orchard fruit and traditional distillation. Made from Michelin and Dabinett Irish apples harvested across the 2021 and 2022 vintages, this apple brandy is double pot distilled and matured in a combination of Cognac and Oloroso casks. The result is a spirit that balances freshness, depth and gentle spice, reflecting both its orchard origins and considered maturation.
